Hello, I’m Liana and welcome to my handmade children’s clothing shop, Liana Handmade. As a child I learned how to sew from my grandmother and my mother, who helped me create doll cloths and the formal dresses I wore to school dances. Fast forward through college, where I graduated with a degree in Interior Design. I then began working in rewarding, fast paced industries, and sewing became a creative outlet. In March 2020, COVID-19 changed everything. I found myself like many others, with no job. My stress and anxiety was through the roof. I felt so lost, unproductive, and not contributing to my family. I couldn’t sit still, and started to reflect on the things I love and what makes me happy. An idea struck, and all the stress and anxiety I was feeling started to subside. I decided it was time to turn my creative outlet into a small business. Liana Handmade is a small collection and custom one-of-a-kind garment shop, for the children in your life.

I have always loved the outdoors, my plants, cooking, camping, animals and I find a lot of inspiration in all those things. I make my items with so much love, and a piece of my heart in each one. I hope you enjoy my shop, and it helps you find inspiration as well. It means the world that you are here supporting my small shop.
